Our Mission 


Albert Knapp & Associates A Psychological Corporation (AKA) was founded in 2014 by Albert Knapp, Psy.D., BCBA-D; a Clinical Psychologist (PSY 25873) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral. Services provided by AKA are geared toward toddlers, school-aged children, adolescents, young adults (under 21), and parents.

Furthermore, AKA has highly trained clinicians that are able to provide services to cognitive and/or developmentally delayed individuals including Intellectual Disability, Learning Disabled, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). At AKA, we strive to provide “The Fast Track to Better Behavior”. The CEO, Dr. Knapp promises to deliver only empirically validated and evidence based treatments to treat a variety of childhood and adolescent disorders. Furthermore, we believe in providing comprehensive psychological assessment services to determine the appropriate diagnosis and treatment. AKA will also support individuals in the home, school, or community when clinically appropriate.

What We Do

We provide play therapy and psychological evaluations for children and adolescents. We also provide behavior analytic services for individuals with special needs. This is important to you because we help to determine what is happening with your child and we give you the support and guidance to better the life of your child.
