Alexes Degenfelder
Alexes Degenfelder is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development from New York University.
Alexes provides compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered therapy. She utilizes a variety of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play-based techniques, family systems theory, and mindfulness practices.
Dedicated to working collaboratively with caregivers, Alexes meets each client at their unique stage in their journey. She values creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered and actively engaged in their growth.
Outside of the therapy room, Alexes enjoys time with family and friends, staying active, reading, and pursuing lifelong learning.
