Infant Five Mental Health Therapy


AKA has an Infant-Five Mental Health Specialist, Bryana Kappa, LMFT to serve the needs of a young children. If you have an infant or toddler struggling with behavioral issues, anxiety, unexplained sadness, or peer related difficulties, child parent psychotherapy supports the healing process.  Therapy with your small child is a collaborative process that aims to support your child by strengthening your relationship. Together, you and your child learn to manage big feelings, improve communication and find solutions to your problems through play.  This type of therapy helps to make parenthood feel a little less overwhelming, boosting the confidence of both you and your child.
