Meet Lily Arvizu

Lily earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in disability studies from Chapman University in 2022. Lily’s passion for working with children began in high school when she served as the president for a club for children with special needs, as well as assisted in the special education classrooms. Lily also worked with children with a wide variety of special needs and disabilities through music therapy for many years. During college, she received a comprehensive education on how to provide mental healthcare to diverse populations with the utmost dignity and respect, with emphasis on the disability community. She is passionate about improving the quality of life for children with special needs, and she is delighted to foster this passion through her graduate program. Lily is currently in training at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology to earn her PsyD in clinical psychology. Lily is committed to learning, serving, and helping others and she is thrilled to be a part of Albert Knapp and Associates as a diagnostic practicum student.
