Meet Myrna Kordab


Myrna is a doctoral level diagnostic practicum student under the supervision of Dr. Knapp at Albert Knapp & Associates. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Youngstown State University in Ohio. She is a Middle Eastern American who is bilingual in both English and Arabic. During her college years, she volunteered at a summer camp for children with developmental and neurological difficulties. During the school year, she held a part-time job working at a crisis stabilization unit for adults struggling with mental illness. Through these experiences she developed an understanding and a passion for early childhood intervention. She is now pursuing her doctorate degree in clinical psychology (PsyD) at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent mental health.
